As an Assistant Director you will:Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients

Regularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visible

Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

What we hope you will bring to this role:Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required with educational plan to complete bachelor's degree; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

At least three years of professional child care teaching experience required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
