As a member of the business unit leadership team, the Director of Finance will also drive strategic initiatives as needed.Job SummaryContribute to the development of the company strategy across all areas of the business unit, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position.Partner with the business unit president and leadership team to deliver on an accelerated five-year growth strategy to grow the business 5x in the next five-years.Direct activities associated with revenue generation, cost management, capital expenditure investment, asset management and balance sheet of the business unit.Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s financial function and performance.Establish and maintain a high performing team. Foster growth and development within the team.Drive cash flow and manage the working capital of the business.Required Education, Experience and QualificationsCandidates must have prior financial leadership experience in a progressive organization.Operational finance experience, including three years in a leadership position, is required for success in this role. Experience with SAP is critical.Proven experience leading a multi-million dollar P&L, preferably in a product manufacturing business.Seven to fifteen years of experience in related manufacturing industry.BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
