Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional representation in all aspects of corporate transactions.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California Bar with a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing corporate law.Drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, including commercial agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, and confidentiality agreements.Preparing key transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and advising as to potential legal risks.Reviewing and preparing financing documents.Overseeing the formation and fundraising for venture capital funds.Drafting private equity fund documents including partnership agreements, subscription agreements, investor questionnaires, and risk factors.
