Our mission is to thoughtfully guide the whole person on their journey to find clarity and mental wellness by providing exceptional holistic care.Why you will play an important role on our HR/People Team:This role is responsible for supporting the daily execution and delivery of human resources core processes and initiatives. The main focus of this role is onboarding, payroll administration, recruiting, HRIS administration, and talent acquisition, but this role will also support multiple facets of our HR processes.In this role, you will:Support payroll and perform all related processing activities, including auditing timekeeping records, entering and auditing earnings and deductions, reviewing all employee changes, processing new hires and terminations, maintaining payroll tax accounts, and contributing to year-end reporting and processes.Support strategic recruitment across the organization by revising job descriptions, managing job postings, sourcing passive candidates, completing pre-boarding tasks, and providing administrative project support.Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for all new hires by being the point of contact, setting up first-day details, and working with internal and external partners to coordinate all new hire processes.Support our team culture for our new hires by participating in the HR Orientation presentation and facilitating new hire onboarding.Maintain employee records in accordance with compliance requirements, including I-9 documentation.Support the Affirmative Action plan and EEO regulations by filing annual reports, maintaining all records, reports, and logs, and coordinating required training.Manage electronic document retention for employee records, conduct data audits, compile reports, and ensure system integrity.Process and act as the main point of contact for unemployment claims.Perform other related duties as may be required and assigned.Perks and Benefits:Compensation: $24.00-$31.00 per hour commensurate to years of experience.Generous and flexible accrued PTO plan of up to 10 days/year and 5 sick/wellness days.We offer a $100.00 monthly (wellness) reimbursement stipend to help support your self-care routine.6 paid company holidays.HSA/FSA Employer Contribution.401K plan with a company match of up to 4%.Join a supportive community in a purpose-driven team environment.Education, Experience, and Certifications:Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.0-3 years of experience in Human Resources role preferred.Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.Qualifications and Skills:General knowledge of federal and state employment laws.Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems, Paycom and Greenhouse preferred.A self-directed, process-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a team environment.Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly proficient with Adobe and Microsoft suite.Demonstrates exceptional analytical skills and ability to create valuable and actionable reports from data.Apply today and join a team of dedicated professionals committed to transforming the lives of our clients.
