Description

We are hiring a

Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB)

who, in collaboration with our HR team and Senior Vice President of HR, will develop and execute employee relations and business partner strategies that will strengthen enterprise decision-making and support the achievement of the organization's goals.

The HRPB will own the relationships within assigned business units. Responsible for managing all employee relations programs, be a team member advocate and liaison with the HR team. Will act as the HR "ambassador" providing front line, day-to-day support to team members and leaders and will cover a broad range of HR topics.

Business Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM

*Based upon business needs, our positions may require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This is

hybrid-remote

position based in Anaheim Hills, CA. with the opportunity to work 2 days in-office and 3 days working remote from home.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Must meet one of the following education & credential requirements:High School Diploma or equivalency and have valid PHR, SHRM, and/or CPHR credentials.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field and have valid PHR / SHRM CP HR credentials or ability to obtain.3+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources Generalist / Employee Relations experience.Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and its application to workplace issues.Understanding of business parameters sufficient to incorporate business risks into recommendations.Developing workplace programs, policies and consulting on organizational practices.This role requires driving and must meet and maintain the following requirements:

Hold a valid CA state driver's license in good standing that is not actively suspended, revoked, or restricted.Have reliable personal transportation. Use of any means of public transportation or ridesharing services will not satisfy this requirement.Must maintain state liability auto insurance coverage with a minimum of 100/300/100 limits on the vehicle that will be used for work.Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR).

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree or Advanced degree in related field and have valid PHR / SHRM CP HR credentials or ability to obtain.Skills and Abilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide guidance on workplace policies and practices, performance improvement, corrective action, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and employment decisions.Consult with and coach managers and team members to align their behavior and performance with our Mission, Purpose, and Values.Collaborate with HR and cross-functional leaders to ensure resolution of escalated and complex workplace issues to ensure alignment with company values, labor laws, and operating principles.Create, maintain, and communicate workplace policies and programs and establish a governance framework to effectively respond to evolving organizational needs and regulatory requirements.Prepare, manage, track, and facilitate the leaves of absences, Worker's Comp claims, ADA requests; this includes policy management, communication, and administration.Lead, create, and present HRBP projects and ongoing initiatives that are broad in scope.Collaborate with HR and cross-functional leaders to develop and deliver communications and training programs on relevant areas of employment law, workplace policy/procedures, and HR programs.Coordinate with Internal Audit, Risk Management, and legal partners to investigate and respond to employment and regulatory matters and support engagement in legal proceedings. Identify and mitigate systemic organizational risk related to complex employment-related matters, business initiatives and crisis management events.Responsible for workflow and facilitation of all HR functions; such as on-boarding/off-boarding, new hire orientation, all job changes, performance events/initiatives, and other HR responsibilities as needed.Draft, communicate, and connect information and people, and ensuring follow-up/follow through on all incoming HR requests including but not limited to HR Inbox, mail, email, TEAMS, or in-person requests.Responsible for data efficacy in the HRIS. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that all data entry and team member records are up to date and well maintained.Complete understanding and active application the Exceptional Experience Guide expectations.Must be able and available to work a "hybrid" schedule, per business operations requirement, as needed.Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Pay Scale: Min $77,400 / Mid. $95,900 / Max $114,400* per year

*Actual compensation will be based on geographical location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
