Chief Financial Officer Restoration

You will need to be a proactive leader, capable of directing financial activities and adapting to the evolving demands of the restoration industry.Key Responsibilities:Direct all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis, and negotiations.Develop strong relationships with senior executives to deeply understand their needs and deliver comprehensive business solutions.Offer strategic financial advice to the executive management team on business activities.Manage the financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and oversee all financial reporting.Provide guidance on long-term business and financial planning.Ensure robust internal controls are in place and comply with relevant regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is highly preferred.Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior financial management role, with a demonstrated track record of success.Extensive knowledge of financial data analysis and economic strategy.Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven leadership abilities, excellent team management, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
