Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Labor Relations services, policies, and procedures relevant to the company's obligations to its employees, in addition to legal and regulatory requirements. Support and execute the company strategy to create a healthy work environment.Responsibilities:Managing the administration process for labor contracts.Ensures compliance with the internal work regulations.Manage the collective agreement and internal regulations.Ensures that the benefits agreed in the individual contract of the associates as well as in the collective labor contract are applied in the payroll.Administers disciplinary measures for employees together with the local lawyers.Advise leaders on issues of employees problems with their staff.Manage the Corporate Social Responsibility Projects and Wellness Programs.Provide support to Human Resources Section Manager on some HR projects.Support in recruitment processes.Technical / Functional Skills:Expert in the Federal Labor Law process.Strong knowledge in Legal Regulations and Labor Relations.Knowledge of Best Practices of Human Resources.Excellent analytical and decision making skills.Education / Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, Psychology, or similar field (certified).Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Labor Relations Analyst / HR Generalist in manufacturing industry.All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
