JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Human Resources at Polyvinyl Films, Inc. is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the business objectives. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Supervises Human Resources Administrator and Recruiter.
·
Take lead in planning and implementing strategic initiatives and operational practices of the entire human resources department.
·
Oversee competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.
·
Manage audits and filings associated with benefit and retirement programs.
·
Design and implement talent management strategies to retain employees.
·
Oversee recruiting strategies and efforts.
·
Updating company policies, procedures and handbook.
·
Oversee the function of employee new hire orientation, as well as NESO training and harassment training.
·
Managing Employee Leave/PFMLA.
·
Managing workers compensation.
·
Staying up to date and knowledgeable on employment laws.
·
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing direct involvement when necessary, including terminations.QUALIFICATIONS:
·
8+ years experience in a Human Resources and management position.
·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·
Strong project management skills.
·
Experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
·
Critical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Deep knowledge of HR functions (Benefits, Employee Leave Time, Recruiting, Workers Compensation, etc.).
