The purpose-built facilities set the scene for inspired learning every day. The children and educators have access to a range of Montessori resources that support the children to develop their cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills. Our outdoor space is carefully planned, giving children a beautiful space to explore and develop.Your new role:Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF.Lead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care.Manage your centre's performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centre's KPI’s and Assessment & Ratings results.Build strong relationships with families and the community.
