Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and probate proceedings.Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Conduct client meetings to understand their estate planning goals and provide tailored legal solutions.Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters, including court appearances as needed.Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive estate plans.Stay updated on state and federal laws affecting estate planning and taxation.Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines and firm objectives.Participate in firm marketing activities, including seminars, workshops, and client outreach initiatives.Job Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the Nebraska State Bar.2-8 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Demonstrated knowledge of Nebraska estate planning laws and regulations.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Additional coursework or certifications in tax or elder law are a plus.Certifications:

An active license to practice law in Nebraska is mandatory.Certification as an Estate Planning Specialist (if applicable) is a plus.Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in legal research tools and estate planning software.Benefits:
