Job QualificationsVisual content and design skills (please send examples with resume)Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to balance multiple tasksExperience with photography and videographyExperience with image and video design and editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere, Adobe Express, Adobe Illustrator, CanvaProficiency with office software, such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordStrong verbal, writing and grammatical skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials
Position Description/ Job Duties
Position Description/ Job DutiesWork directly with OCSE dean, dean's executive assistant, OCSE department chairs, CPHP directors, and department admin coordinatorsCreate and produce appealing print and digital mediaPhotograph and record college and department activities for the purpose of promotionConduct interviews, do research, and attend events as neededUtilize all functions of social media platforms, including insights, stories, scheduled posts, etc.Maintain an organized and consistent posting schedule for all platformsUse appropriate grammar and languageUnderstand social media etiquetteAssist with various projects, activities and tasks related to marketing and communicationsDependableAdhere to the ACU Branding and Editorial Style Guide
Preferred Availability
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, flexible schedule, some evening and weekend hours.5-10 hours weekly
