Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office tools, email, web browser) and ability to learn and become proficient with new software such as Canva, Suitable, and Adobe Suite products or similar.Strong interpersonal skillsGood communicatorStrong organizational skills and detail-orientedSelf-motivated and resourcefulAble to problem-solve and troubleshoot.DependableNeat, professional appearanceEvent planning skills preferredPerform weekly maintenance for the Compass initiative.Assist in administrative efforts to further Compass/Experiential Learning Assist in the planning and execution of Compass/Experiential Learning events.Assist in efforts to promote and enhance experiential learning throughout the campus.
Position Description/ Job Duties
This position supports the work of the entire Center for Careers and Experiential Learning (ACCEL), but primarily the Compass app interface and related data. This job will interact daily with Compass and has a combination of daily maintenance tasks including approvals, tracking use, and cleaning data to report to stakeholders. Other tasks may include badging, drafting language for different activities, and providing administrative support for the Center.
Preferred Availability
Weekdays; to be determined when hired.
