Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops and applies advanced methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of advanced system requirements and problemsPlans, conducts and technically directs projects or major phases of significant projects related to cloud infrastructureReviews completion and implementation of existing cloud implementation and complies the necessary sustainment requirementsEvaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services and provide input to bridge any gaps in servicesDefines and designs complex system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for system compatibilityConducts independent technical investigations of system designCoordinates and consolidates design efforts on assigned projectsAssists in delivering presentations to management and/or the customerProvides functional and technical guidance to less experienced engineers in all aspects of engineering projectsOrganizes and leads assigned sections of major program reviews, design reviews, and proposals0-25% CONUS travel requiredRequirements

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

5 to 10 years of experience working with Cloud InfrastructureExtensive familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Technologies such as, but not limited to, M365 and AzureExtensive familiarity with Azure Cloud InfrastructureExtensive familiarity with M365 ApplicationsExtensive familiarity with PowerApps and PowerBI ProFamiliarity with Hybrid Cloud ArchitectureMust be DoD 8570 (i.e. Sec+ certified)DESIRED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Engineering or Computer Science degreeFamiliarity with On-Prem connectivity to Cloud endpoints across a Hybrid cloud architectureFamiliarity with Azure Private Endpoints and how to advertise them to On-Prem client systems in a Hybrid cloud architectureFamiliarity with Azure routing architectureUnderstanding of how Azure system-generated routes andwith Azure user-defined routes forward trafficFamiliarity with Data Lifecycle ManagementFamiliarity with Threat Protection systems such as, but not limited to, Windows Defender Antimalware and Windows Defender FirewallFamiliarity with Identity and Access Management using Microsoft Entra IDFamiliarity with industry cybersecurity best practicesFamiliarity with system networking and troubleshootingWorking knowledge of SharePoint

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
