Job Description

Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Software Developer to join the existing SRC Cloud Services Integration Team (CSIT), which is currently working multiple DoD projects providing Salesforce configuration, development, and integration support. Experience with full stack development is required; developing client-side (LWCs) and server-side (APEX) software in the Salesforce platform is preferred. The ideal candidate will be an organized team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. The team is currently operating in a hybrid office versus remote situation, which may change according to customer requirements

PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews and clarifies customer requirements, configures and modifies the appropriate Salesforce organization to meet those requirements, and develops documents to aid in customer adoption and future internal supportDevelops custom pages, applications, and solutions in support of customer requirements and use casesInterfaces with external vendors and government customers along with periodic travel are requiredRequirements

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical fieldTwo or more years' experience in full stack development including HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and JavaTwo or more years' software development programming experience preferably with a scripting or object-oriented languageKnowledge of database methods (schema, tables, relationships, data flow)Interpersonal skills that augment performance within a team environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyCurrently hold or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret security clearanceAbility to effectively communicate technical work to a variety of audiences through verbal/written methodsDESIRED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Two or more years' Salesforce development experience; Salesforce Developer Certification(s) greatly desiredExperience with Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practicesSalesforce Lightning Web Component or similar Node-Based Coding experienceExperience with data integration tools (MuleSoft) and processesPrior experience mapping or integrating into existing complex systemsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teamsFamiliarity with version control systems such as Bitbucket or GitHub

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
