*Local routes, so driver is home every night*
Responsibilities:
- Safe delivery and pick up of trailers- Facilitate trailer operations at branch- Responsible for keeping records of driver hours, and driver moves forinsurance and accounting purposes- Responsible for maintaining various operating efficiencies andbenchmarks as determined by the Shop Manager- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions fromgroups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.- Ability to safely navigate the lot with 53' trailers as well as fill the shopwith trailers safely.- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concretevariables in situations where only limited standardization exists.- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,diagram, or schedule form.
