Responsibilities :
Manage and support the organization's telecommunications systems, including switches, routers, and Centrex systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.Oversee and provide technical support for audio and video conferencing solutions, particularly using Webex, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.Monitor and maintain telecommunications networks, troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and upgrade telecom infrastructure, keeping pace with technological advancements.Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configuration details, and user guides for telecommunications systems.Train end-users on the effective use of telecom tools and systems, offering ongoing support and assistance as needed.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, with hands-on experience in managing switches, routers, and Centrex systems.Proficiency in audio and video conferencing tools, particularly Webex, with a strong understanding of conference management and support.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telecom issues quickly and efficiently.Familiarity with telecom network design, implementation, and maintenance best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide technical support to non-technical users.
Compensation: $37.00 per hour
