Job Description:
Technical administrator performing daily Salesforce administration tasks.Manually manage multiple Orgs on the cloud, One Central client production Org, and One Production Org Per Agency.Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.Resolve user support tickets for issues as reported in the client support portal.Troubleshoot platform and user issues and Conduct root cause analysis.Interact with client Enterprise Services Team and Users to solve tickets and perform tasks.Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.Enable Multi-Agency Data Separation, Agency Specific Access and Controls, and Agency Standard Roles & Profiles.Maintaining One Central client Production Org.Maintaining One Central Sandbox (in the client Org) used to demo generic use cases.Maintaining One Production Org Per Agency.Providing Production Org Refresh in coordination with Salesforce and agencies.Providing Security and User access support as defined by client BPS Configuration Baseline Process.Manual reporting of user licensing and their usage related to billing.Skills/ Minimum Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades, Org Refreshes, and ensuring successful integration.Experience with Salesforce Platform experience, Groups configuration, Profile Template configuration, Platform monitoring, Workflow administration, Integration administration, and Process Builder administration experience.Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.Preferred Requirements:
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification or.Salesforce Developer.Experience in Implementing custom templates for users, groups, and profiles, Developing workflow, process builders, and forms, Experience in Developing integrations with third-party applications, Implementing migration scripts, and loading data.Experience in Implementing custom applications, Implementing third-party applications from the Salesforce App Exchange.Experience with PowerShell, Active Directory, Accounts Provisioning and Deprovisioning, Service Now, Messaging, DNS, Enterprise Networking, Azure, O365, IAM, OKTA, BOX, SQL.
