Overview:
Renuity Home Improvement
is growing and looking for recruiters to help with attracting talent for future growth of the business! While most companies are currently struggling to keep employees, we are doing the opposite and hiring to continue growing! The company intends to grow by 30%+ per year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting and exhibit a high sense of urgency, dedication, and the ability to focus and consistently deliver results to meet their goals. Strategizes and improves the recruitment process, including employer branding and candidate experience. Mentors and trains junior recruiters. Builds long-term talent pipelines. Lead process improvement initiatives and partner with HR business partners to address recruitment challenges. Work with hiring managers to recognize and fulfill recruiting needs. Source qualified candidates by developing recruitment strategies to achieve and maintain requested staffing needs. Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand the needs and culture of each department and each position. Set up interview and/or panel interviews with candidates who best fit the position as judged amongst other candidates. Extend employment offers and complete all pre-employment requirements. Manage job postings. Work with internal partners to promote the company as a desirable place to work. Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends and best practices. Qualifications: Preferred: Bachelors degree in HR, business or related field 2+ years experience working in full-cycle recruitment. Advanced recruitment techniques, negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
