is seeking an

MBA Intern

for the summer of 2025 to join the Corporate Strategy & Development team. The Corporate Strategy MBA Intern will be an integral member of a lean strategy team that is shaping and guiding the strategic direction of Renuity. This position will work closely with senior leadership across the company, including the CEO and private equity sponsor, and will be responsible for helping develop and executing the company's strategic priorities. This role will also be responsible for providing transaction execution support for the companys M&A program, which has included thirteen acquisitions in the last four years. We are seeking an MBA intern who is passionate about understanding the operational intricacies of private equity investments and their impact on company growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth environment and to see firsthand how private equity strategies drive business success. What You Will Do: Support the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans to guide the organizations growth Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and utilize insights from research to guide strategic initiatives Manage strategic projects and initiatives while ensuring alignment of these initiatives with the overall business strategy Maintain and improve existing models and metrics, while developing and introducing new analytical frameworks that enhance insight, efficiency and decision-making speed Provide significant support across the M&A transaction process, including financial modelling, due diligence support, and development and presentation of M&A diligence and approval materials to senior management and private equity investors Provide significant support with coordination across various business lines, external advisors, and corporate functional areas, including legal, finance, accounting, human resources, treasury, technology, and corporate communications Support the development of C-level and board presentation materials What You Will Bring: Excellent analytical and technical skills, including working knowledge of accounting and M&A concepts and ability to create complex financial models in Excel Attention to detail and ability to work in a lean team Ability to generate presentations for senior management and private equity sponsor Self-starter who can prioritize and efficiently manage workload across multiple projects Ability to work confidentially on projects Demonstrated interest in private equity and corporate development Ability to relocate to Charlotte for the summer Currently seeking an MBA at a top university, and has 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development Application Deadline: 12/20/2024 Working at Renuity Its a lifestyle, our employees say.
