today!Role:The Data Management Specialist collects data, enters information into a database and ensures that the data collection sources are accurate. Min Compensation:USD $18.00/Yr.

Max Compensation:USD $22.00/Yr.

Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately processes customer information and ensures completion within time deadlinesFacilitates system updates as customer or default changes occurReviews prepared data to ensure it is accurate and complies with company procedures.Interfaces and coordinates with operations, customer services and account managementEscalates any serious operational issues immediately to the Customer Service SupervisorGenerates maintenance work orders from Sales contractsOther related duties as assigned

Qualifications:Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to input a large volume of data into the system accurately, meticulous attention to detail and ensures that everything is input in a timely mannerEffective communication skillsSufficient relevant experience working with data entry and customer data management.Proficient knowledge of using all Windows (word/excel/ outlook)Must demonstrate good customer service behaviorsAbility to work and communicate confidently within a diverse environment and with all levels of the organizationAbility to type at least?55+ WPMEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred?1 2 years of related experience required?Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferredPhysical requirements:Continuously able to work in office environmentAble to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer.Continuously able to work in office environmentContinuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printerContinuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hoursAble to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the dayOccasionally able to lift up to 15 lbsContinuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talkingOccasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouchingRarely requires climbing
