Solid understanding and experience with Senior Housing in both Assisted and Independent Living is required with a minimum of 7 years hands on sales experience in a leadership role.

Position Summary

The REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR (RSD) trains and supports community sales directors in designated region to achieve Century Park's sales and marketing objectives at each community in accordance with all laws, regulations, and company standards. Position drives achievement of occupancy goals in designated region. Reports to the Regional Director of Operations.

Education and Experience

Must have an associate's degree (or equivalent experience)Must have three (3) or more years of hands-on sales and marketing experience, preferable in hospitality-focused senior housingPrior multi-site experience preferredSpecific Requirements

Must be willing and able to travel extensivelyMust maintain a valid driver's licenseMust demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitalityMust work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervisionMust demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skillsMust maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential informationMust be results-oriented, assessable, and confidentMust demonstrate expert knowledge in field of practiceMust demonstrate a sense of urgency to build census with ability to "close the sale"Must demonstrate effective follow-through and follow-upMaintains professional working relationships with all associates, residents, families, vendors, etcMust understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance proceduresDisplays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park's Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance trainingPrimary Job Responsibilities

Drives company's sales and marketing goals in designated areaTrains Executive Directors and Sales Directors on effective sales and marketing techniquesMeasures improvements in sales and marketing effortsSupports communities to achieve occupancy goals in designated areaEnsures Century Park sales model is implemented successfully at each communityMakes contributions by giving direction, vision and strategy to assist in achieving competitive advantage in senior living services in the areaActively participates in sales and marketing eventsAssists each community in maintaining a positive image in the greater community as well as positive relationships with business leaders and referral sourcesParticipates in competitive analysis in local marketplacesMonitors interior and grounds for cleanliness, optimal curb appeal and tourabilityEssential Functions
