This includes research and networking through go-to-market strategies to identify and win new partnerships and business opportunities and ensuring the opportunities meet revenue, margin & serviceability.The successful candidate for this position will play a key role within the company leadership team and will excel in the following areas:* Partnering with internal resources to develop sales objectives and appropriate forecasting of upcoming projects.* Provide leadership and guidance to Account Development Managers (ADM's) to assist with addressing current customer needs.* Prospect new business and develop customer leads that fit the Muza Metal ideal customer profile.* Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs.* Establish, adjust, and negotiate pricing by monitoring costs, competition, and supply/demand.* Work with direct reports to develop their skillsets and ensure monthly sales and KPI targets are met.* Score and develop prospects using the Zebra scoring model, use this model to close gaps and migrate prospects and customers to long-term and healthy partners.Muza Metal Products offers a wide range of company benefits including:* FREE Health Insurance Option* Medical/Dental/Vision insurance* 401(k) with Company Match* Company Paid Life and Disability Insurance* Other optional benefitsPreferred qualifications for this role include:* 5 years of business-to-business sales experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Management, or related field* Minimum of 2 years experience supervising or leading a team* Experience and knowledge of metal fabrication or manufacturing processes is strongly preferred* Proven success building long-term customer relationships, preferably with large OEM companies* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage time pressures/constraints that can change frequently.**Come join the Muza Metal team and start building a better future!****Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:****Motivations****:****Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
