We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual to provide desktop support to 125 end users and manage our IT Network.

Daily Task Snapshot:
•Administer local Windows Server environment (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policies).
•Help desk support for 125 users
•Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (printers, hard drives, etc.)
•Support Office 365 hosted email
•Manage hosted VoIP phone system
•Support Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS), some hosted (for websites), and others onsite (for downtime monitoring, email forwarding, and backup purposes).
•Develop and maintain local networks and computer systems
•Administer FortiGate firewall, HP switches, Ruckus and Unifi access points.
•Help coworkers with day-to-day Helpdesk needs
•Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring schedules
Other Qualifications:
•Sparkling personality
•Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
•Experience in live video streaming
•A sense of humor
•Highly coachable/trainable
•Great time management skills
•Two years of related IT Experience
