Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and a deep understanding of data architecture, analytics, and visualization. As the Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our BI solutions to enhance business performance and inform strategic initiatives.Location Seattle, WA

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that aligns with Ada Infrastructure's business objectives.Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data to extract valuable insights to drive key business decisions.Data Architecture and Management:

Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable data architectures to support business intelligence and analytics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.Ensure the integration of data from multiple sources to create a unified and comprehensive view of business performance.Collaborate with IT teams to streamline data extraction and integration processes.Ensure data accuracy and reliability through regular audits and validation processes.Collaborate with data governance teams to maintain high data quality standards.Analytics and Reporting:

Lead the design and development of advanced analytics models to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.Lead the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for various stakeholders.Ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports and dashboards to support business decisions.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership based on data insights.Drive the optimization of business processes through data analysis and performance monitoring.Continuous Improvement and Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.Share knowledge and insights with team to foster a data-driven culture.Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in a Business Intelligence role.Minimum 5 years' experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data warehousing concepts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Effective communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.Relevant certifications in business intelligence or data analytics are advantageous.

Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer represents the components of our total package.
