www.adainfrastructure.com .SummarySeeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Associate to join the Ada Infrastructure Finance team. This high-visibility role will be an integral part of our growing team and organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid foundation in financial analysis, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and market intelligence capabilities. The responsibilities of the role will center around managing the underwriting of new data center developments and leasing schemes and preparing various financial and market analyses to better serve Senior Management in their investment decisions. This position will require an individual that embraces change and thrives in a dynamic work environment.Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for the preparation of a variety of financial analyses that will have a direct impact on investment decision-making.Assist in the preparation and presentation of new datacenter developments and leasing schemes to our internal Investment Committee.Research and compile market trends, activity, and competitor analysis, tracking quarterly stats to provide valuable market insights as part of a quarterly Market Intelligence presentation for the broader team.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate and coordinate with regional finance and accounting teams to drive global harmonization of key underwriting assumptions.Partner with Ada Infrastructure functional and regional teams to provide expertise and support.Skills & Experience

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or a similar field.Minimum 3 years' experience in real estate investment/asset management, corporate development, or similar related roles is strongly preferred.Data Center/Real Estate/Tech Media Telcom experience is a bonus.Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial analysis and modeling.Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, operate with a strong sense of urgency, and turn in quality work quickly, under strict time constraints.Ability to work collaboratively.Self-starter with superior analytical skills; a problem solver with an astute attention to detail.Possesses good judgment, honesty, and utmost integrity.Additional Information

Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.
