Contract Review Specialist

to join them. You will report to the

Quality Assurance Manager

and will have an

onsite

work structure in

Creedmoor, NC .

To be considered for the Contract Review Specialist opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldAbility to read and interpret complex contractual, technical, specification, Government, OEM and industry standards and legal documentsExperience utilizing ERP systems (Epicor preferred) to upload critical data including APSL, MRB authority, and special processesAbility to utilize drawings, POs, and contractual information as baseline for ERP data entryExperience interpreting blueprints and engineering specificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent reading/interpretation and data entry skills3+ years of aerospace industry experience preferred, including AS9100Understanding of configuration managementAs a Quality Analyst, you will:

Serve as a critical link and liaison between Quality, Engineering, and Supply to capture and document key customer requestsProvide in-depth review of Government and OEM RFQs, contracts and Purchase Orders for quality requirementsWork with Engineering, Customer Service and Purchasing to ensure that Ontic has the capability and capacity to meet all customer contract requirementsProvide clear, concise, logical, rationale for mitigating or taking exception to, customer requirements, and wherever possible, providing viable alternate methods of accomplishing the customer's intentCoordinating, tracking and following up on various documentation related to the status of Government and OEM productProvide administrative oversight of Ontic's internal audit programContinuous improvement of department and enterprise processesAct as the final approver of part configuration in EpicorOur Benefits:
