They utilize an MRP system to plan, create and release work orders to the shop floor to meet shipping dates according to customer orders and other dependent demands.Creating and release of work orders to the shop floor, in a timely manner.Creating and maintaining process flow charts for key, critical, or new products where applicable.Schedule, prioritize and monitor production processes, material availability and work closely with various departments to meet delivery dates.Reviews forecast orders and adjust build schedule/ work orders accordingly.To be considered for the Production Control Planner:High school or equivalent required.APICS Certification or equivalent a plus.ERP & MRP system experienceUnderstanding of multi-level bills of materials, MRP demand and supply, lead-time, safety stock, min and max quantities.Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skillsMust be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word, Access and Project.Experience in an Aerospace environment is a plusOur Benefits: Comprehensive medical insuranceCompetitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leaveCompany 401k plan with up to 4% matched contributionAnnual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance)Flexible working arranementspaid volunteering opportunitiesAccess to mental health champions across our sitesCommitment to developmentEmployee referral program#LI-OnsiteThis position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
