Minium 5 years working experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Experience, or Data Cloudknowledge in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Integration (MuleSoft) & Data MigrationCandidate should be able to evaluate emerging innovation in Salesforce products - Intersection of Gen AI Co Pilot, Data Cloud, CRM etc. and assess their potential impacts and benefits to present it to Internal and External stakeholders.Experience with

Business Process Analysis

: Analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and defining requirements for Salesforce applications.Prototyping and Validation

: Defining prototypes and conducting validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements and expectations.Prior experience of conducting workshops for requirements analysis, business case development and solution development.
