Summary:The Volunteer Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the integration of volunteers into the health care team by implementing processes for volunteer recruitment, screening, interviewing, training/orientation, placement, recognition, retention, discipline, evaluation, and termination. Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum three years' experience as a Volunteer Coordinator.

Experience with Volgistics, Volunteer Works, or similar database preferred.

Certification/Licensure:CVA or CAVS preferred.
