Overview The objective of this position is to provide general administrative, human resources and project support; to include facility support, security coordination and contract administrative support to the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E). Manages flow of correspondence, classified and unclassified.Produces, coordinates, and distributes unclassified and classified documents.Coordinates, distributes and maintains electronic records.Maintains the calendar for senior management program officials.

Keeps senior management and staff members informed of relevant organizational events.Distributes and tracks action items to appropriate program and departmental elements.Reviews, screens, controls, maintains records, and coordinates responses on incoming correspondence.Edits and produces final copy of formal correspondence, correspondence summaries, briefings, reports and a wide variety of other analytical, process flow, financial spreadsheets, narratives, tabular and statistical documents.Reviews documents for official signature, coordination or concurrence, for accuracy and completeness, conformance with style, format, or procedural requirements and guidelines.Establishes and maintains office files and databases, including electronic data files architecture consistent with industry standard file storage/structure methodologies.Assists in preparing inter-agency meeting or conferences and setting up teleconferences and video conferences.Coordinates training for personnel assigned.Coordinates local and long distance travel for staff personnel assigned.Assists with official visitor arrangements.Oversees all office administrative functions.Drafts as needed and maintain administrative procedures such as contact lists and shared calendars.Interfaces with other support services including internal and external organizational POCs.Qualifications

Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in an office environment doing comparable administrative tasks or a Bachelor's degree.Experience with data collection, processing, and analysis.Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Pleasant, tactful and professional attitude and appearance.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.U.S. Citizenship.Desired Qualifications:
