They work in Commercial, Municipal, Education, Healthcare, Military and Religious projects.Your new roleAs an Estimator, you must prepare cost estimates for construction projects for purposes of bidding on or determining the cost/price of a project; retain quality subcontractors; and complete accurate project take-offs.What you'll need to succeedProficiency in estimating software.Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.Commitment to maintaining an in-office presence to ensure the integrity and precision of project estimates.Ability to work closely with others as this is a team of estimators.5-8 years experience in ConstructionWhat you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Estimator to grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.
