CONTRACT ASSOCIATE RECRUITER - NASHVILLE, TNGuaranteed 40 hours a week - job stabilityMetrics: High requisitions - high volume and urgencyFull cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be pre-approved in advance by manager, weekly pay on FridaysRemote - equipment provided: laptop; headset; soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; GHR; ATS; job boardsAvailability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO* Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.Responsibilities:High volume telephone callsMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsQualifications:Bachelor's degreeEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsRequires adaptable and flexible aptitudeCustomer service-orientedExperience working with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with ATSHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotasMinimum two years full cycle sourcing/recruiting experienceMust have reliable transportation to attend onsite hiring events/ meetings within the local region.
