They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsConduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as the contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsCommunicate regularly with key stakeholders to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding classesExperience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, job sites, and LinkedIn promotion tacticsSome travel requiredQualificationsEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotasBenefits IncludeWork with us, travel with us!
