Where technology meets creativity! Creative Force is seeking a Solution Consultant to join us in revolutionizing creative content production and workflow automation. As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with the Sales team to help our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation in their creative operations.The role

You will be a crucial member of our global sales team, with a mission to provide exceptional technical support and guidance to our prospects, partners, and customers. Your role encompasses being a subject matter expert on Creative Force, delivering insightful product demonstrations, and leading sales engagement through the pre-sales process. From running customer discovery sessions and responding to RFPs/RFIs to delivering proof of concepts (POCs) as live demonstrations, your contributions will be pivotal in driving revenue and ensuring customer success by aligning our solutions to each unique use case.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Execute Creative Force’s sales strategies and work closely with our Account Executives, Product Managers, and Customer Experience team to ideate winning approaches and strategies for new opportunities.Lead detailed and tailored product demonstrations that highlight Creative Force’s features and benefits, tailored to meet the specific needs of each prospect.Be an industry expert - use market knowledge and best practices, coupled with your deep knowledge of how Creative Force drives improvement, to secure new business via a consultative approach.Aid in customer discovery sessions, respond to bids, RFPs/RFIs, and deliver POCs as a live demonstration, as needed.Assist in building compelling business cases that support each customer's decision-making process, while also partnering with customers to help define their own unique challenges.What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in technical solution consulting, workflow mapping, optimization, and automation, but also has exceptional sales and people skills. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems creatively, and quickly adapt to changes will set you apart. Proven expertise in technical solution consulting.Experience in workflow mapping, optimization, and automation.Desired: In-studio or creative studio experience, including photography, sample management, post-production, creative project management, art direction, DAM management, etc.Sales experience and the ability to perform in webinars and create/executive training materials.Ability to work on-site at our Boston location at least 3 times per week.What we offer
