Atlanta, Georgia - United States of AmericaAbout the RoleThe purpose of the IFM Program Director is to lead the management of teams responsible for the delivery of the new Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Data Standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data intuitive, and possess excellent communication skills to present data analytical reports accurately and influence decision-making.What You’ll DoMonitor the progress of Global Workplace Solutions accounts in enhancing their Asset and Work Order data quality.Coordinate and manage several cross-functional teams. Establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.Lead data governance initiatives for new data standards required for facilities management teams and serve as a point of contact for clients.Interact and collaborate with various account and sector leadership teams to ensure data-driven quarterly and annual reports are on target with desired reliability and accuracy.Facilitate quarterly and annual data analytic asset and work order reports using company software such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, SmartSheet, and Microsoft PowerPoint.Deliver results of data analytical reports to sector and account leaders through PowerPoint presentations and scheduled meetings.Report the status of individual accounts and sectors to senior leadership.Oversee cross-functional projects and associated teams from end to end, ensuring all functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved.Manage internal relationships in support of the program.Apply robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, including CMMS, IFM Work Order Data, Asset Data, and Dashboard Reporting.Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, persuading managers and colleagues to act guided by the organization's functional business plans.Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems leveraging appropriate resources.Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.What You’ll NeedBachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive and complicated information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets impacting multiple departments' results.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and functional knowledge of Tableau, PowerBi, and SmartSheet.Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.Why CBRE?We lead by example, guided by the needs of the cities we inhabit, the communities we build, and the world we live in.
