Georgia, USA.About the roleYou will lead the development of Market Access strategies in support of the broader Brand goals and objectives. You will also be tasked with sharing perspective on the subsequent implications these changes present, including updating and refining channel marketing strategies aligned to and in support of UCB products to optimize patient access opportunities.Who you'll work withYou will collaborate with Payer Value Strategy (Market Access) and Patient Value Unit (Brand) organizations as well as Account Management, Trade, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial Analytics, Medical Affairs, Field Sales Management, and Training. You will also keep US Market Access & Pricing leadership informed regarding changes and emerging issues in the Market Access environment. Externally, you will work with payers, Hub Services, Regulatory, Consultants and Advisors.What you'll doLead the US Market Access Strategy Organization responsible for EpilepsyLead the Rare Epilepsy Syndromes portfolio along with Value Based contracting within the US portfolioEvolve the value proposition for UCB epilepsy solutionsCreate strong internal and external relationships to evolve our Access strategyLead through innovation and co-creationInterested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skillsRequiredBS/BA or equivalent required10 years of relevant pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience (including biologics or device)Successful direct report and team leadership and development experienceMarket Access, Sales, Sales Leadership, Account Management, Payer/Channel marketing, or related experiencePreferredMaster's degree, MBA, MPH, PharmDBrand Marketing, Sales, Sales Leadership, Policy and Advocacy experiencePrior experience in Marketing, Market Access Operations or Payer Account managementComprehensive understanding of the US healthcare system including providers, payors and influencersTherapeutic experience within neurology and epilepsyDemonstrated effectiveness working with cross functional teamsExpected Salary Range: $240,000 - $315,000 based on experienceAre you ready to 'go beyond' to create value and make your mark for patients?
