Senior Associate Attorney , you'll work closely with our firm principal, managing a small caseload of high-value cases. This is your chance to shine in a role that requires a strong litigation background, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and the ability to provide strategic legal counsel. You’ll engage in both independent and collaborative work, demonstrating your strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in court proceedings and legal settingsDraft and review legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, and briefsConduct thorough legal research and analysisAdvise clients on complex legal mattersTake and defend depositionsReview and analyze medical recordsNegotiate settlements with opposing counselDevelop strategies for resolving intricate legal issuesQualifications:Minimum of five years of litigation experience in California state and/or federal courtStrong background in litigation/trial practicePersonal Injury Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith ExperienceExceptional legal research and writing skillsExcellent communication skills and strategic thinking abilityAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyCalifornia Bar License (Required)Some trial experience preferred but not requiredBenefits:Competitive pay commensurate with experienceSignificant bonus potentialExcellent benefits including pension/profit sharing, 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, and retirement planFlexible schedule with the potential for some hybrid remote workSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience Required:Litigation: 5 years minimum (Required)License/Certification:California Bar License (Required)Ready to make a significant impact in your legal career?
