We are looking for a Jr. Business/Financial Analyst - Grants Management to support one of our government clients.Essential Job FunctionsReceive and review grant applicationsTrack performance of reviewers, grant status, and outcomes for all awardees activitiesMonitor and review grant requestsPrepare documents and selection packages for pre and post award activitiesDevelop Standard Operating Procedures and Training ModulesMonitor, analyze, and review project performance including existing problems, financial inconsistencies, and instances of non-complianceCommunicate with federal staff and grant applicantsRequirementsEducation Requirement:Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field and 2-5 years of experienceMaster’s Degree in a business-related field and 1-3 years of experienceExperience Requirements:2-5 years of experience in federal grants management supportExperience in Pre-Award and Post-Award Grants ManagementProgram Management Support experience for grant programsExperience supporting grant closeout activitiesExperience organizing, tracking, and preparing grant documentationDesired Experience:Previous Department of Commerce ExperienceExperience at the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA)
