Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a medical association seeking a Research Grants Coordinator to support their grants and programs activities. If you bring grants/awards project management experience, high level of professionalism and communication, with the ability to work with stakeholders and committee members, apply now!This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days on site.

Responsibilities :Contribute to project management for lifecycle of research grants and support program activitiesAssist in meeting strategic goals with committees, award selection panels, and workgroupsAct as point of contact with physicians, researchers and stakeholders to execute program activities, maintaining relationships with awardees and committee membersSchedule, create agendas and minutes, provide materials, and maintain documentationTrack invoicing, reconciliation, and budget preparationCoordinate event planning and program activitiesDevelop promotional materials in partnership with marketing departmentMaintain databases of applicants, awardees, and committee membersUtilize data insights to identify trendsMaintain department calendar, track deadlines, and eventsPrepare information and draft reports, presentations, and other materialsUpdate and review web content for accuracy and relevancyCoordinate grant and award administration including filing maintenance, document creation, and data collectionQualifications/Background Profile :

Bachelor degree required3+ years experience in program management, ideally within medical or scientific associationAbility to travel to annual meeting/conferences, and occasional work outside of normal business hoursKnowledge in research grants or awards administrationExperience with application management software preferred

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $32.00 to $33.00
