HR Director , you will partner with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performing organizational culture, ensure smooth HR operations, and drive CHN's strategic vision. You will lead the HR team, manage organizational development, and oversee talent management, employee relations, compliance, and compensation strategies.Responsibilities include:Lead HR operations, including strategic goals, recruitment, performance management, training, leave, and retention.Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including EEO, ERISA, and payroll.Create and manage the annual HR budget and contribute to strategic planning.Advise leadership on HR matters, offering customized solutions to meet organizational needs and development matters.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support growth.Act as a business partner to advise the organization on employee relations matters, including mediation, investigations, corrective actions, and general employee support.Collaborate with teams to ensure diverse hiring practices and inclusive workplace culture.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years managing payroll functions.Not-for-profit leadership experience preferred.Proven experience in promoting and implementing DEI initiatives within an organization.Proficient in HR regulations and best practices; knowledge of Paycom preferred.PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.At Community Housing Network (CHN), we are dedicated to providing permanent supportive housing that combines safe, affordable housing with voluntary services. Our mission is to support individuals experiencing homelessness and those disabled by mental illness or substance use disorders.Average Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
