Operations ManagerRole SummaryOur client seeks a Director of Operations to join their rapidly growing team. The Director of Operations is responsible for organizing and completing client-facing projects, ensuring all assigned projects are executed effectively and efficiently, and providing excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can provide timely and concise information to various cross-functional teams.Key Results AreasUnderstands the people, processes, and the technology of Supply Chain & LogisticsResolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports, and customer issuesSuccessfully evaluate operations and identify strategies to improve the team culture, implement processes, and offer suggestions for improvements on those processesIntegrate and partner with clients, displaying customer-centricity to improve associate safety and experience, operational efficiency, quality, and costsPartner with client leadership to implement change and drive resultsDisplay good listening and observation skills.
