The ideal candidate will have a prior architecture background with a technical focus. The Lab Space Planner will create test fits for client approval and contribute to maintaining the infrastructure database.Responsibilities:Partner with engineering and project management teams to evaluate available power and HVAC infrastructure capacity to determine feasibility of lab spaceAnalyze existing building plans and data to identify potential lab spaceCreate test fits for client approvalMaintain infrastructure databaseWork with other departments to coordinate lab space planningStay up-to-date on industry trends in lab design and constructionProvide mentoring and training to other space plannersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field7+ years of experience in lab space planningStrong understanding of building codes and regulationsStrong technical skills and understanding of MEP systemsCAD experience required, BIM experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAIA, BIM Professional or other relevant certifications preferredEstimated total compensation range for this position is:

84,000.00 – 110,460.00 USD per year.Location:
