As the business progresses and with future growth opportunities they will be responsible for selecting, preparing, and managing new department associates to ensure that the organizational processes are accomplished to the highest standard with maximum efficiency.What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:Leads, Manages and Holds AccountableBuild, implement, and manage all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, events, and marketingAssists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, and expansion systemsIs responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reportsCreates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standardsCoordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipmentProcess ManagementHigh-Level Implementation95% of responsibilities are to be performed independently of supervision. This position is the key contact for all things operationsMust work well under pressure and with critical deadlinesMaintain confidentiality of the company and activities of the teamCreation and Maintenance of operations manual with team systems and performance standardsDesigning, implementing and overseeing systemsReview and implement new systems to increase productivityStay abreast of the changes and trends within the industryManage online/offline marketing efforts and track ROI on all marketing expensesManage daily accountability of the entire team including contests, agent activities, and office accountingCoordinate and follow up with marketing eventsOnboarding and Offboarding of all team membersCreate and Maintain all Operations Manuals for Team systems and performance standards - duplicatable and scalableEssential duties and responsibilities

System development, implementation, documentation, and managementInformation managementOversight of contracts through closingTracking systems: productions, inventory, profit, sales, expenses, clients, event attendance, campaign analytics, etc.Customer/Vendor relationsLeading administrative department members (as appropriate to organizational structure)Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred1-year minimum real estate industry experienceA real estate license is preferred but not required. (Unlicensed candidates must be willing to get their real estate license within 6 months of onboarding)1–3 years of service and management experience3–5 years of administrative + operations experience, preferably in real estateStrong writing skillsStrong rapid & logical problem-solving skillsDependable and reliableTeam playerWilling to go above the call of dutyPunctualStrong leadership, management, and financial skillsGoal setting, planning, and accountability skillsExperience in the management of a team or staffStrong and Positive Customer Service AttitudeExcellent communication skills and organizational skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing ServiceCan work on deadlines and handle private client informationMust be fluent in real estate contractsKnowledge of Google Suite (sheets, slides, docs, drive, etc.), Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Canva, Social Media (FB, IG, etc.), Eventbrite, Mailchimp, and client relationship management systemsThis is an in-office opportunity with 1 flex day to work from home. Base salary, health insurance, and other employee benefits. Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to. Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop-off, and any other necessary materials.
