The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth is seeking a dynamic CFO to provide strategic leadership while conducting a culture of financial excellence and organization. This position supports the work of the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, which consists of 12 locations. The Chief Financial Officer serves on the CEO's senior leadership team; oversees and manages financial matters, investments, and information systems; and provides strategic direction and leadership for YMCA business operations and initiatives. EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred. YMCA leadership certification required within three years from date of hire. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Five+ years of substantive, relevant experience in accounting and fiscal management. Leadership experience totaling a minimum of five years, which includes managing teams. Knowledge and understanding of general business matters required, including budget development, financial reporting, cash management, business taxes, and debt financing instruments. Knowledge of computer systems, including experience with systems selection, new system implementation, and project management. Experience with investment management and asset allocation preferred. Experience in effectively leading and managing a staff team. Previous experience with volunteer/nonprofit organization required. Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's mission and goals. Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Anticipate trends and their implications on the future of the organization. Oversee investments through a professional management company and under the direction of the Finance Committee. Oversee compliance with Federal contracts, New Market Tax credit agreements, and tax-exempt bond transactions. Manage tax-exempt bond transactions and file all necessary reports. Oversee financial operations, prepares analysis and reports, and give guidance to executive and operating staff. Review, update, and/or develop internal control systems for YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth and oversee internal audits. Lead and manage staff and oversee the operations of the accounting/finance and information systems and other assigned departments. Oversee and certify the annual audit. Actively engage with the Board and the Finance Committee in challenging conversations and decision making. Develop performance indicators and measurement systems for tracking strategic plan objectives. Oversee the development of the annual operating budget, including all branch budgets. Maintain all necessary records and accounting reports. Maintain effective working relationships with auditors, bankers, investment counselors, attorneys, and other professional activities. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth offers a competitive salary and benefits package for selected candidates. The yearly salary range for this role is between $175,000 to $190,000, which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, an end-of-year bonus will be available. Additionally, as a demonstration of our commitment to helping you transition to our community, the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth is pleased to offer a relocation benefit of up to $20,000. The YMCA provides competitive health benefits, a well-rounded wellness program, and a 403-B Retirement Fund paid fully at 12% of your total salary each year. THE SELECTION PROCESS & TIMELINE

Position launch by end of February. Application acceptance through March 15th - must include cover letter, resume, and six references. Qualified candidates that demonstrate alignment will be contacted throughout March for an initial Zoom introductory conversation. Applications will close promptly on March 15th. Preliminary interviews will be held on Zoom. Following preliminary interviews, selected candidates will be called to set up in-person interviews in Fort Worth.
