We offer excellent salaries and benefits.Ventus Executive Solutions (VES) is seeking a candidate for a National Leadership C3 Systems Technology (NLC3S) Analyst position to join an exciting team working in the DC Metro Area. This position involves impactful work with great teams.This immediate opportunity is ideal for a mid-level, self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual to provide direct support to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). The NLC3S Analyst will develop and coordinate a significant command and control development plan to influence strategic C3 architectures. The NLC3S Analyst will also assist in the analysis, planning, coordination, and execution of NLC3S Research and Development (R&D) related activities. The successful candidate will assist in supporting the identification and selection of new R&D efforts and participate in and coordinate the work of a highly qualified team.Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years professional experience with Nuclear or Senior Leader C3Clearance: TS/SCIBachelor’s DegreeDesired Experience:

Former US servicemembers (Enlisted or Officer) with SSBN, TACAMO, ICBM, NC3 Command Center or related C3 experienceExpertise in Command-and-Control systems and technologies; a background in technologies or experience relevant to NC3 or Senior Leader C3 highly desiredExperience supporting technical and/or operational customers, including interfacing with external stakeholders and senior government personnelExperience collaborating on technical projectsExperience with Model-Based Systems Engineering toolsExperience with developing or management of complex architectures involving “system of systems”Experience/familiarity with JCIDS processGood organizational skillsVES provides our government and commercial clients with a range of professional and innovation services including technology innovation acceleration, business consulting services, professional engineering and program oversight, and program and budget support.
