Our focus is best-in-class multi-specific antibodies for autoimmune and other chronic inflammatory diseases. We are looking for passionate individuals to build out our research and pre-clinical development team.Position Summary:

We seek a highly motivated Scientist or Senior Scientist with a strong background in immunology to support our efforts in target validation, early phase antibody drug discovery, and IND-enabling studies. The ideal candidate is an individual that enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently to support program goals and timelines.Responsibilities:

Develop, perform, and optimize a wide variety of in vitro and ex vivo assays using human primary immune cells to screen targets and evaluate the therapeutic activity of novel multi-specific antibodies.Design, manage, and coordinate in vivo studies with CROs, including PK/PD studies and disease models.Analyze and organize data for scientific presentations, reports, manuscripts, and patents.Establish expertise in relevant fields and propose new scientific directions by staying up to date with relevant literature and scientific congresses.Qualifications:

PhD or equivalent post-graduate degree in Immunology or related field is required.0-4 years of experience in industry or postdoc, preferably in the field of autoimmunity.Demonstrated track record of innovation as shown by multiple first author publications.Direct experience working with primary immune cells, multi-color flow cytometry, and other immunological methods is required.Experience working with therapeutic antibodies and designing in vivo studies is a plus.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-starter with strong scientific curiosity and rigor, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.A desire and willingness to grow and learn and be a key contributor at a company aimed at developing novel therapeutics for patients.How to Apply:Email your CV and cover letter to
