You will be expected to manage website builds while building a strong rapport with your clients. Being a personable and skilled communicator is imperative for this position, in addition to managing client expectations and hitting budgets & deadlines. You will participate in internal strategy meetings and client meetings/calls. If you are excited about the digital world and building lasting relationships with clients, this may be the role for you!This is a full-time position with an opportunity to grow within the Rocket55 team.Responsibilities:Project manages website builds
Manage 8-10 projects at any given time while also supporting ongoing client requests
Serves as the day-to-day contact for clientsAssures projects are completed efficiently and on budgetDefines and develops team processesManages and sells client expectationsCollaborates with cross-functional team membersEnsures a unified strategy across client deliverablesManages projects using provided PM tools and internal processesEnsures a high level of quality in everything that is delivered to the clientsRequired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in web build project management
Experience project managing eCommerce website builds and overseeing the website development
Understanding of eCommerce website integrations with ERPs and CRMsSolid verbal and written communication skillsExtremely detail oriented and organizedWillingness to take on any task and feedback with enthusiasmFast learner and accepting of constructive criticismStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work cohesively with other project managers, strategists, designers, developers, and other subject matter expertsBring a proactive, resilient, flexible, team-oriented, and client-service-driven approach to each dayMust be local to the Twin CitiesPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpotExperience with ERP systemsBase-level knowledge of Design and SEOJoin our fast-paced, success-driven team and be part of a company that values relentless pursuit of results, curiosity, collaboration, and adaptability.
