You will provide strategic finance direction to the broader global finance organization and peers in the principal areas of P/L and B/S planning, forecasting and FCST accuracy, reporting and analysis for all internal BU / Divisional / Corporate requirements.What You’ll Work OnProvides strategic guidance to BU functional sr. leadership and other BU stakeholders resulting from financial planning, analysis and reporting.Collaborates with peers, leaders and other stakeholders to ensure proper accounting, forecasting, and reporting of divisional financial results.Owns, prepares and presents financial planning, analysis and reporting of results to leadership on a regular basis.Develop, influence and drive revenue growth strategies while implementing financial guidelines across the BU groups.Partners with division/shared service/Corporate leadership on special projects.Oversees BU, Divisional and corporate consolidated reporting for periodic results.Required QualificationsMinimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in diverse phases of finance.Matrix organization experience.Highly proficient in working with finance/accounting/planning automations/ERPs.Strong verbal and written communications skills.Ability to travel approximately 10-20%, including internationally.Proven track record of establishing processes and managing through KPIs.Preferred QualificationsHighly engaged and communicative business partner mentality.Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and executive presence.Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
