Technical Lead

Globalsoft Inc. has an opening for Technical Lead at its office in San Jose, CA. The person will be involved in:Designing, developing, and testing software systems.Performing planning; implementing and troubleshooting software problems.Optimizing software system performance.Analyzing user needs and developing software solutions.Acting as a liaison for the technical team to the project leadership team and management to ensure deliverables are met.Providing user support as needed.Minimum Requirements:Masters/foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, CIS, Electronics, Engineering in the technological/scientific field, or related field.2+ years experience in job offered or related work.In the alternative, will accept Bachelors or foreign equivalent plus 5 years of progressive experience.Travel/relocation required.
