With a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and excellence in customer service, they are looking to expand their team with a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales.The Director of Sales - Arbor will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client base. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with experience in the arboriculture or related industries, a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals.Identify new market opportunities and create plans to expand the company's market presence.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective sales practices.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the arboriculture or related industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
